Please submit a MSE Course Registration Form by the semester registration deadline. Both degree-seeking and non-degree-seeking students must submit a completed registration form to the MSE Office for the Graduate Eduation Programs Director's approval. PaymentPayment of tuition or an appropriate payment arrangement is required at the time of registration. During the late registration period, students may not be able to apply for deferment. Payment OptionsWilson expects payment of all tuition and fees, in the following ways:Payment in full by cash, check, or American Express/MasterCard/Discover/Visa.Effective Fall 2020, students who would like to take advantage of the Deferred Payment option ($50 non-refundable deferred payment fee per semester) must accept the "Deferred Agreement" in Colleague Self Service EACH TERM in which they are electing deferment. New students that are registering for their first graduate course can choose this option after the course registration has been processed, and MyWilson portal login information has been provided.Non-Degree StudentsNon-degree students may enroll in any Master of Special Education course for which they have the necessary prerequisites with the approval of the Graduate Education Programs Director. A student must be formally admitted to the MSE Program prior to enrolling in the fourth MSE course in order for the prior coursework to count towards the degree. Pennsylvania certification is reciprocal with most of the 50 states. Generally speaking, if you hold a valid PA professional teaching license from a regionally accredited and state-approved teacher preparation program and pass the required state testing, you will be able to obtain a teaching license in another state.
