Rachel processes aid offers to students, disbursement of aid, Income Changes and Requests for Reconsideration and is a VA Certifying Official for Wilson College. Rachel was raised in Chambersburg and is very happy working with Wilson College students! Angel Gilbert Assistant Director of Financial Aid 717-709-6223 angel.gilbert@wilson.edu Angel works with new and current students and their families to understand the financial aid process. She assists students with completing required forms, manages state grant funds, and is a work-study supervisor. Angel was raised in Georgia but graduated from high school in Baltimore City – she’s a big fan of the Orioles! Heather Ellerbrock Director of the Student Financial Services Center 717-264-4020 heather.ellerbrock@wilson.edu Heather oversees the Student Financial Services Center and serves as the financial counselor for students with the last names Q-V. She also serves as the Work Study Coordinator for the campus and is actively involved in new student onboarding and orientation and student success initiatives. Heather loves Wilson’s animal-friendly atmosphere and enjoys bringing her English golden retriever, Desi, onto campus occasionally. She joined the team last year, and while she has only been here for a year, she enjoys keeping herself busy and is always happy to help. If you don’t see her working, you may see her walking around campus with her border collie mix rescue dog, Duke. Alex Coombs Assistant Director of the Student Financial Services Center 717-264-4021 alex.coombs@wilson.edu Alex is the assistant director of the Student Financial Services Center and helps students with the last names H-P. He also maintains and regularly publishes the Outside Scholarships Database, which is accessible to all currently enrolled students. You will see him at orientation events, meetings with new and current students, and whenever you need help! Alex has five pets of his own and cherishes every moment he can spend with them.
