Wilson College Foundry Art Exhibition Opens Sept. 14

A free exhibition featuring artwork by members of The Foundry will open Thursday, Sept. 14, at Wilson College’s Bogigian Gallery. The show runs through October 15. 

A reception to mark the opening will be held at the gallery Thursday, Sept. 14, at 4:30 p.m. Admission to the reception and the ongoing exhibition is free. 

The exhibition gathers artwork from members of The Foundry, Chambersburg’s artist cooperative located at 100 South Main Street. Current Foundry members have been invited to exhibit two works of art during this exhibition. Visitors can expect to see work in a variety of media, including painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, and more.  

“Wilson College and The Foundry have partnered on a number of exhibitions, offering exciting opportunities for Wilson students and Foundry members,” said Philip Lindsey, Professor of Fine Arts at Wilson College.
