90 minute Workshop | 30 min lecture & 60 min practice/experientials
Through a combination of embodied experiences, theoretical discussion, and Q+A, participants will learn the foundational principles of somatic theory and practice, the pitfalls of the mind/body duality fallacy, and everyday applications of somatic practice in support of awareness, balance, connection, regulation, and overall wellbeing.

Wilson College and PHEAA are offering free workshops on completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid, known as the FAFSA.
