Master of Organizational Leadership

Our Master of Organizational Leadership prepares students for careers in organizational management, communications, healthcare and other fields.

Our organizational leadership master's program includes courses across multiple disciplines. This approach encourages you to develop the skills to strengthen your unique leadership style and apply it to a community-service initiative or career. Our program is:

  • Interdisciplinary: Pursue courses ranging from Interpersonal Dynamics to Cultural Theory and gain a broad perspective on leadership that will help you succeed in many environments.
