Wednesday, October 13, 2021 - 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Wilson College will celebrate Arts Day 2021 with activities and exhibitions across campus, free and open to the public. Make a bird bookmark at the library circulation desk, and, while you’re there, enjoy short videos of our favorite Orchesis dance performances from the past six years. View artworks in progress by students and faculty at the drawing/painting and faculty studios. Peruse the exhibitions at the Cooley, Bogigian, and Hunnicut galleries. And participate in many more events and activities. Arts Day is an annual celebration of the arts in our community and curriculum. It is an opportunity to appreciate the impact of the arts in our daily lives, and to explore the critical and creative nature of the visual and performing arts. Visitors, students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to participate in art activities and discussions, explore, learn, and engage the human urge to create, make, and share. A complete schedule of events will be available here. For more information about Arts Day, please contact Prof. Philip Lindsey (717) 264-2783 All events are free and open to the public. Arts Day will be held Wednesday, Oct. 13, on the Wilson College campus at 1015 Philadelphia Ave., Chambersburg, Pa. Undergraduate Fine Arts and Dance
