NUR 548: Leadership in Nursing

This course focuses on organization theory, management theory and their applications to critical nursing administrative leadership issues. Standards and frameworks of competencies in Nursing Administration are reviewed as guidelines for career development.  Evidence based management and promotion of a culture of safety is explored as a basis for health related organizational development.
