NUR 525: Informatics for Advanced Practice Students will apply concepts learned to the ethical use of data, information, and knowledge in clinical practice and research as well as explore the ways in which information and technology influence practice and decision-making in various aspects of nursing practice. Students will also analyze the critical elements in the life cycle of information, patient care technology systems, and the legal, ethical, cultural, economic, and social factors affecting healthcare information technology.
