All ingredients will be supplied. The napa cabbage was grown on Fulton Farm. It is requested that you bring some tools you will need:

• cutting board
• large knife
• large bowl
• large spoon
• quart jar and lid

If you don't have these supplies there will be some on hand for you to use.
