The requirements for application are similar to other ADP applicants with the addition of requiring a Current/Active, PA approved, LPN Nursing License and TEAS test results: Official high school transcript or GED Official transcript from the school that conferred your LPN license (if applicable) Official College transcripts from any schools you’ve attended in or after high school TEAS test results that are less than 4 years old Nursing License (number required for verification) (License needs to be: Current and Active)
