Dr. Diana Julbe-Delgado serves as Program Director and Associate Professor of the Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology program. She earned her bachelor’s degree in communication sciences and disorders and her master’s degree and Ph.D. in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of South Florida, specializing in Neurogenic Communication Disorders.

As a bilingual Spanish-English speech-language pathologist, she possesses a diverse background in higher education, clinical practice, academic leadership, and interprofessional collaboration. Her work is driven by a commitment to educating future speech-language pathologists through innovative instruction, evidence-based practice, meaningful mentorship, and scholarly engagement. As an active member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), she leverages her clinical, academic, and leadership expertise to foster excellence in teaching, learning, and professional practice.

Dr. Julbe-Delgado has provided clinical care across the lifespan, with expertise in adult cognitive communication and swallowing disorders. Her research examines early indicators of cognitive change through interdisciplinary collaboration. A proven academic and clinical leader, she has served in multiple leadership roles across education, clinical practice, and NIH-funded research while mentoring future clinicians and colleagues through evidence-based, student-centered approaches.

One fun fact: I love cooking tasty meals, diving into captivating books, and creating welcoming spaces for people. By night, you'll find me singing karaoke with unwavering confidence, whether it's good or not is up for debate!

Felix Antonio Matias

Dr. Felix Antonio Matias is the Director of Clinical Education and an Associate Professor of the Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology program. He holds a B.S. in Biology, an M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology, and a Doctor of Health Sciences. Dr. Matias has the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology and is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). He brings a wealth of academic, clinical, and leadership experience.  

Dr. Matias has provided care across the lifespan in various clinical settings, with a clinical focus on early intervention, school-age literacy, and serving linguistically and culturally diverse clients. His doctoral dissertation focused on mental health support to graduate students in SLP. He has collaborated with early intervention programs in Florida. He has also served as a site visitor for the Council of Academic Programs (CAA).

Dr. Matias focuses on the students' clinical practices using evidence-based learning approaches. His instructional approach emphasizes clinical reasoning, effective communication, and client-centered practices. Dr. Matias is committed to students’ education and best practices for underserved populations. 

One fun fact: I get easily distracted by many things and frequently try to open the wrong car at parking lots because they look like mine. Another time, I showed up to teach a class an hour earlier and thought the students had decided not to attend.

Mary Pyfrom

Mary Pyfrom is an Associate Professor and Coordinator of Curriculum in the Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology program at Wilson College. With more than 15 years of experience across higher education, clinical practice, leadership, and interprofessional collaboration, she is committed to preparing future speech-language pathologists through innovative, evidence-based instruction and mentorship.

Dr. Pyfrom earned a Ph.D. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of South Florida, a Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from Louisiana State University, and a Bachelor of Music in Music Therapy from Mississippi University for Women. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, is a board-certified music therapist, and is a Distinguished Practitioner Fellow of the National Academies of Practice.

Her academic career has focused on designing cohesive, outcomes-driven curricula that connect classroom learning with clinical readiness. She has developed immersive simulations, authentic assessments, and instructional resources that strengthen clinical reasoning, professional competence, and collaborative practice. A dedicated educator, she emphasizes inclusive pedagogy, reflective learning, and intentional scaffolding of complex concepts, preparing students to become confident, compassionate, and evidence-based clinicians today.

One fun fact: I met my husband in a community theater production of Beauty and the Beast, where he played Cogsworth and I was a plate.

Greta Robinson

Greta Robinson (she/her) is an Associate Professor and the Coordinator of Admissions and Student Success for Wilson College’s MS-SLP Program. Prior to that, she served as a professor at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where she was Director of Admissions, Director of the PhD Program, Founder and Director of the TLC Gender Affirming Communication Group, the Director of the Preschool Language Enrichment Program, and the SLP Discipline Coordinator for the Arkansas Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities Grant. She is currently the Chair of L’GASP: The LGBTQ+ Caucus of ASHA and an SLP for Prismatic Speech Services. Her published research and professional presentations are in the areas of Culturally-Responsive Care, Sociolinguistics, Autism and Neuro-Affirming Care, Gender Affirming Voice and Communication Services, and Trauma-Informed Care. Throughout her career, she has help educate about 500 currently practicing SLPs (and counting). 

One fun fact: Dr. Robinson lived in a yurt in the middle of the woods for 15 years before moving to Philadelphia, where she currently lives.

Janelle De La Rosa is the Administrative Program Manager for the Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology (MS-SLP) program at Wilson College. She brings more than 20 years of experience in administrative leadership, operations, and program support, along with a Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology and Nonprofit Management. Passionate about supporting those who make a difference in the lives of others, Janelle is driven by a desire to contribute to the greater good of the team through collaboration, service, and continuous improvement.

In her role, Janelle oversees the daily operations of the MS-SLP program and partners closely with leadership to streamline processes, manage priorities, and support a high-quality academic experience for students and faculty. She values effective communication, teamwork, and creating efficient systems that help programs thrive.

Mrs. De La Rosa is deeply committed to supporting future speech-language pathologists as they prepare to serve their communities. Her collaborative approach, dedication to service, and commitment to helping others succeed help transform ideas into actionable results. She also brings extensive experience in customer service, records management, and developing organized administrative systems that enhance operational effectiveness.

One fun fact: I have written two songs, both inspired by moments of sadness, and while I'm still figuring out what to do with them, I'm proud they exist.
