The College will host an exhibition of artwork by area high school students from Wednesday, October 26, through December 2, in the Bogigian Gallery, Lortz Hall. The exhibition is free and open to the public, and the gallery is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. The annual exhibition, the twelfth at Wilson, is an opportunity to experience in person the creativity of local students and celebrate regional excellence in the visual arts. Out of more than 120 works of art submitted, 44 have been accepted for the exhibition. The show will include art from Franklin, Adams, Cumberland, and Fulton counties in Pennsylvania and Washington County, Maryland. Cash prizes of $100, $50, and $25 will be awarded for first, second, and third places, respectively, plus monetary scholarships for those winners who choose to attend Wilson! Works of note will also receive Honorable Mention. Students are encouraged to offer their works of art for sale during the exhibition, which is presented by our Division of Arts & Letters.
