The talk will be held at 1:30 p.m. in Wilson’s Laird Hall. All FRESH! events are free and open to the public. Written by globally recognized environmentalists Dennis Hayes and Gail Boyer Hayes, Cowed offers a revealing analysis of how our centuries-old relationship with bovines has evolved into one that now endangers us.
